Meet Michael D. Epperson, Owner of Area 51 Brands & The Syndication Launch Pad, A site that creates landing pages, lead capture & Web Creation for Real Estate Sponsors. Michael has a portfolio of 170+ units of single family and multi-family rentals, and he is seeking General Partners to take on upcoming apartment syndications.

Michael has over 35 years of experience managing projects, and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping others succeed. As the Owner of Area 51 Brands, he has amassed over 10,000 hours of sales and marketing experience. Michael Loves solving problems and has been known to combine unrelated ideas to create something new.

Michael grew up very poor, that was a great character builder . Michael is on a personal mission to create abundance ( one of his favorite words ) and to help others achieve success through win-win outcomes. He is the proud father of three adults and currently resides in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas.

With the belief that where there is a will there is a way, and that diligence counts, Michael is always on the hunt for new knowledge, truth & insight. He is committed to making the world a better place and creating outcomes that benefit everyone involved.
